Description:

Each Lyonic lyophilizer can be configured as a compact integrated system that can be installed on the walls of sterile rooms, providing convenient maintenance access to all components and optimizing overall space utilization.

This freeze-drying machine has the following basic characteristics:

Covering the freeze-drying area from 4 m2 to 50 m2.

Cylindrical or rectangular dry box, made of AISI 316 L stainless steel.

The horizontal or vertical cylindrical condenser is made of AISA 316L stainless steel and is located behind or below the freeze-drying box.

Butterfly valve isolates the condenser and dry box.

The interior of the dry box condenser group is polished with a self draining design, which can improve effective cleanliness and disinfection.

The door is made of AISI316L stainless steel, and there is a large observation glass in the middle of the door, which can observe the product situation during the cycle. The door design and switch mechanism can be configured according to customer requirements, meeting the requirements of the final position, operating environment, and loading and unloading functions of the equipment.

The channel design inside the freeze-drying partition of Taishida ensures high product homogeneity during the freezing, main drying, and secondary drying stages. The SCADA management control and data collection system designed by Taishida allows customers to interpret the operation of machines, obtain process information required for decision-making and batch reporting, and fully comply with the requirements of FDA 21 CFR part 11 electronic record guidance.
