Product details

working principle:

After being heated by the heater, the air enters the bottom of the fluidized bed and comes into contact with the material through the distribution plate, making the material fluidized. The mother liquor or binder is sent to the atomizing nozzle by a pressure pump, and after atomization, it is coated on the surface of fluidized particles or bonded to each other. Through continuous fluidization, coating, and drying, the particles gradually grow and reach the required particle size before being discharged from the fluidized bed outlet. The fine powder produced by fluidization and atomization is recycled by the cyclone separator and added back into the spray granulation fluidized bed, becoming the core of new particles, which can achieve the balance of particle number in the fluidized bed. After passing through the cyclone separator, the exhaust gas is directed by the induced draft fan to the water curtain dust collector for dust removal before being released.
