Product Structure Principle
The main motor drives the inner and outer drums of the set to rotate at full speed. The material is introduced into the drum through the feed pipe. Under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid phase passes through the filter cloth and the filter holes on the inner drum wall and is discharged from the inner drum. It collects in the gap between the inner and outer drums, passes through the through holes in the siphon chamber, and enters the siphon chamber. It is then pumped out of the machine by the siphon device. The solid phase is trapped in the inner drum to form an annular filter cake layer. Stop feeding after the predetermined volume is reached, further separation can be carried out, and washing can be performed at this time. After washing and separation are completed, the scraper automatically rotates to scrape off the solid phase and discharge it out of the machine through the feeding screw. Then, the net is automatically washed and the next cycle begins.

The GKH series centrifuge is a horizontal wide scraper discharge, automatic control, continuous cycle operation, and siphon filtration centrifuge. It can automatically achieve processes such as feeding, separation, washing, dehydration, drainage, unloading, and screen washing at full speed. It has the characteristics of novel structure, smooth operation, high degree of automation, low labor intensity, large production capacity, good washing effect, and low moisture content of filter cake. Suitable for separating suspensions containing solid particles with a particle size greater than 0.015mm and a concentration range of 25-60%. Suitable for solid-liquid separation in industries such as chemical, food, and pharmaceutical, such as starch, citric acid, amino acids, etc.
