Each fan sold by our factory undergoes strict start-up testing before leaving the factory to ensure the effectiveness and service life of each fan.

1、 The purpose of the fan G. The Y6-41 type kiln centrifugal drum and induced draft fan are a new series of low-noise kiln drums and induced draft fans designed to adapt to industrial kilns that burn various types of coal and are equipped with dust and smoke elimination devices, with a maximum total pressure efficiency of over 80%. Those with equivalent air inlet conditions and suitable performance can be selected. 2、 Characteristics of the fan G. The Y6-41 series centrifugal fan is a replacement product for kiln drums and induced draft fans. G. The design method used for the Y6-41 series fan includes selecting appropriate fan types, reasonable fan operating parameters, optimizing flow patterns, organizing air sources reasonably, carefully designing blade shapes, increasing tongue clearances, appropriately reducing fan speeds, improving volute design, purifying incoming flow, and minimizing secondary flow losses. In addition, the finite difference method is used to numerically calculate the inlet and impeller cover profiles, and the uniformity of the flow field at the inlet of the fan impeller is used as an optimization criterion for the inlet optimization design. Combine the above methods with existing optimization design methods for fan impellers, volutes, etc. to create an integrated optimization design program for impellers, volutes, and air inlets, with lower specific noise levels and smaller fan sizes. G. The Y6-41 series fan has been tested by Shenyang Blower Research Institute and achieved good results.
