G41F-6/10S type RPP/PVDF diaphragm valve

Diaphragm valve is a special form of valve with shut-off function. Its opening and closing parts are composed of steel valve discs and diaphragms made of soft materials (rubber and fluoroplastic composite), which separate the inner cavity of the valve body to achieve the purpose of cutting off the medium inside the pipe.

Basic structure of G41F-6S reinforced polypropylene diaphragm valve:

1. The composite diaphragm separates the lower chamber of the valve body from the inner chamber of the valve cover, and forms a direct flow channel with it, completely isolating the valve stem, valve disc and other internal components on the upper part of the diaphragm from the medium, eliminating the need for packing sealing structure, and avoiding both internal and external leakage of the medium.

2. As an actuator, the membrane component is prone to fatigue fracture due to frequent opening and closing, and should be replaced regularly according to the working conditions and medium characteristics.
