Film breaking and clamping system with heat sealing

TECNOPLAT3000 is equipped with automatic fixtures, cutting, and welding systems. The welding machine has two vertical resistors and two horizontal resistors.
It ensures that the packaging film is perfectly attached to the product at the end of packaging, achieving good adhesion with the pallet. The inclined clamping device ensures the correct release of the packaging film.

Rotating table base

The standard model rotating platform is equipped with high-strength galvanized steel rollers, and the maximum speed driven by the motor is 15 meters per minute.
The diameter of the roller is 76 millimeters, the effective length is 1100 millimeters, and the center to center distance is 120 millimeters.
The roller is driven by a transmission chain.
In addition, there is a blowing system used to remove the first section of packaging film, making the packaging of all products uniform.
