Product Introduction
Machine features:
1. Adopting a first in first out injection device to prevent dead material residue and facilitate cleaning and color change.
2. Suitable for various rubber raw materials, silicone and fluororubber can also be used. The temperature during rubber injection is relatively high, which can shorten the vulcanization time.
3. The plasticized rubber material is injected first, and the time for each injection of rubber material to stay in the injection cylinder is the same, to avoid premature vulcanization of the rubber material that enters first due to prolonged stay in the injection cylinder.
4. The injection column can be moved outside the injection material cylinder, greatly simplifying the operation of replacing the rubber material.
