The turnover box/basket cleaning machine is a new type of fully automatic basket cleaning machine. The turnover boxes, baskets, and trays are transported by conveyor belts to the high-pressure spray cleaning circulation system for comprehensive reciprocating spray cleaning, achieving a thorough cleaning effect on the turnover baskets, reducing labor costs, and lowering labor intensity. Equipment features:

1. The conveying part of this machine adopts SUS304 stainless steel mesh belt, which runs smoothly and has a long service life.

2. The transmission part adopts a speed regulating deceleration motor, which allows the material cleaning time to be adjusted.

3. It is cleaned in three stages, and the water can be recycled to save energy. Each stage is equipped with multiple layers of filtering devices to prevent nozzle blockage. It also has an automatic water control device to prevent damage to the pump due to water shortage.

5. Equipment Overview: After the machine is turned on, it is manually fed to the chain track of the spray cleaning machine or automatically fed through a conveying connection. First, alkali solution is sprayed, then hot water is sprayed, and then clean water is circulated and sprayed. The three groups are independent, with an external circulating water tank and a filter screen that can be easily extracted. The flushing of the turnover box inlet is manually operated.
