In the production process of semi-finished and finished power transformers, before the newly installed transformers are put into operation, and according to the preventive testing regulations of the Ministry of Electric Power, transformers are required to undergo turns ratio or voltage ratio tests. The traditional variable ratio bridge is cumbersome to operate, the readings are not intuitive, and necessary conversions need to be made. During testing, it can only be carried out on a single-phase basis, resulting in low work efficiency. This sectionYHBV-C fully automatic ratio group tester (charging function)Overcoming the shortcomings of traditional variable ratio bridge testing. The screen adopts a large color LCD display screen, with Chinese menu prompts and easy and intuitive operation. It can complete the three-phase transformation ratio test in one go, with fast testing speed, high accuracy, and complete protection functions.
1. Before using this instrument, be sure to read this manual carefully.
2. The operator of the instrument should have knowledge of using electrical equipment or instruments.
3. The instrument should be reliably grounded during use.
4. This instrument is powered by an internal lithium-ion battery or AC220V ± 10% 50/60HZ ± 1HZ
5. The output voltage of the instrument is high, attention should be paid to safety to prevent electric shock.
6. This instrument can be used both indoors and outdoors, but should be avoided from harsh environments such as rain, corrosive gases, excessive dust, high temperatures, and direct sunlight.
7. Instruments should avoid severe vibrations.
8. The maintenance, care, and adjustment of instruments should be carried out by professionals.
9. The yellow, green, red, and black colors of the test clamp correspond to A, B, C, and O of the transformer, respectively. Do not connect the high and low voltage cables in reverse.
10. When measuring single-phase, only use yellow and black wire clamps, do not use them incorrectly, and unused test clamps should be suspended.

3. Low voltage input terminal: yellow, green, red, and black 4-color connection sockets, respectively for the a, b, and c phases and neutral point o, connected to corresponding colored cables. The other end of the cable has a yellow, green, red, and black 4-color clamp, corresponding to the a, b, and c phases and neutral point o on the low voltage side of the tested transformer.
4. High voltage output terminal: yellow, green, red, and black 4-color connection sockets, respectively for A, B, and C phases and neutral point O, connected to corresponding color cables. The other end of the cable has yellow, green, red, and black 4-color clamps, corresponding to A, B, and C phases and neutral point O on the high voltage side of the tested transformer.

precautions
1. When the power input is greater than 300V, an alarm should be triggered, and the power input port should be checked in a timely manner.
2. The output voltage of the instrument is 160V. Safety precautions should be taken to prevent electric shock.
3. For a transformer with 19 levels of on load tap changer, the values for 9, 10, and 11 taps are the same. When the instrument inputs the tap type, it should be set to 17. After 12 taps, the instrument displays that the tap position is 2 points smaller than the actual position.
4. The setting of the tap position of this instrument is based on the high-voltage side voltage regulation design, assuming that tap 1 is the highest voltage gear. If the voltage is reversed or the tap switch is on the low-voltage side of the transformer, the displayed tap position and the actual tap position will be inverted.
