AFPrinciple and structure of type slag remover

Pulp enters the slag remover under high pressure along the tangential direction, and is driven by the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet, causing the pulp to spiral along the cone and generate centrifugal force. Under the action of centrifugal force, heavy impurities in pulp are thrown towards the inner surface of the upper cone made of high-strength wear-resistant material and move downwards under the action of gravity. Good pulp is discharged from the middle outlet, and heavy impurities and some fibers sink to the lower cone. Under the action of flushing water, backwashing and washing are carried out to make the fibers float up to the lower cone. Heavy impurities sink into the slag bucket through the pneumatic valve of the lower cone. The slag bucket is equipped with a water inlet and a window for cleaning and observation for timely slag discharge.
