The mask packaging machine is a mechanical equipment specifically designed for packaging disposable masks and medical disposable masks. The machine is fully automated to complete the packaging process, with fast processing speed and high efficiency.

The fully automatic mask packaging machine adopts a PLC system to control the operation of the whole machine, with dual frequency conversion control. The bag length and width can be directly set on the electronic display touch screen, which is convenient and fast. The workflow of this machine is as follows: the operator places the masks that need to be packaged flat one by one into the tray of the conveyor bag, and then the conveyor belt transports the masks to the bag making machine. The masks are sealed by the middle sealing die device, and finally sealed and cut in the end sealing area. The finished product output completes the entire packaging process. Our mask packaging machine can package masks as a single package, as well as packages of 5, 10, and 20.

1. The mask packaging machine uses 304 stainless steel to create a work platform. The operator places the masks that need to be packaged one by one flat on the conveyor belt of the platform. The conveyor belt is equipped with a pushing block device to push the masks into the bag making device. The bag making machine rolls the packaging film together with the masks to form a bag.

2. After passing through the forming bag maker, it enters the hot sealing area, which uses two sets of sealing wheels for mold drawing. During the mold drawing process, it is heated by a heating device to form a longitudinal seal. Then, the air inside the bag is expelled through a sponge exhaust device. If not evacuated, there will be accumulated water over time and it will be difficult to pack. Therefore, the sponge exhaust method is used to fill the end sealing mechanism with sponge. When the product passes through, the remaining air is squeezed out by the sponge, achieving a vacuum like effect.

3. The high-strength and hard material is used to create the end sealing cutting area, and the equipment automatically detects the cutting. The packaging film will not stick to the cutting blade, which extends the service life of the cutting blade and does not waste the packaging film. After being cut in the cutting area, the finished product is directly transported by the conveyor belt to the box for packaging.

The following on-site packaging picture was taken by our customer of the Lande mask packaging machine. From the on-site picture, it can be seen that this is a single mask packaged, and the packaging film is produced by finding a manufacturer. The operator manually places the masks one by one into the trays of the conveyor belt, and then the machine forms the bags through film rolling. After packaging, cutting, and finished product output by the packaging machine, the entire packaging process is completed.

For the single piece masks produced, in order to prevent contamination, they need to be packaged, and the machines used to package the masks must also be placed in a dust-free workshop. After packaging the single piece masks, it can not only effectively prevent contamination and dust, but also extend the service life of the masks.

This automatic disposable mask packaging machine adopts the form of downward film feeding. The film is installed on the film rolling shaft, and the packaged mask is placed in the feeder (if the mask has an irregular shape, it needs to be manually placed in the tray). The conveyor belt automatically transports the mask to the packaging position, packages it in paper film, and then presses it into shape after heating. It is sent to the horizontal sealing cutter for heat sealing, cutting, and finally outputs the finished product through the conveyor belt.

Performance characteristics

1. Using a high-sensitivity cursor electric eye to accurately track the color blocks of the rolled film, effectively preventing the phenomenon of cursor cutting displacement.

2. Configure an automatic grinding wheel coding machine to track and print production dates, batch numbers, etc. The printing position can be adjusted and the printing speed is fast.

3. The mask packaging machine adopts multiple linked film rolling shafts to coordinate the pulling mold, which is suitable for packaging more materials of film.

4. The dual frequency converter controls the mold pulling system, and the bag length and width can be set and cut immediately, without the need to adjust the empty path. It can be done in one step, saving time and packaging film.

5. Chinese and English language settings, simple operation panel, using large-sized electronic display touch screen controller, human-machine interface setting parameters are fast and convenient in all aspects.

6. The end sealing knife holder and cutting knife are composed of a rotating constant temperature heat sealing cutting knife, which seals the front and rear ends of the packaged product, effectively avoiding the occurrence of this side or air leakage at the sealing position.
