1、 Tank parameters: (can be designed according to user needs)

The tank specifications range from 50L to 5000L and can be designed and manufactured according to user needs.

① Structure: Vertical, with upper flat cover and lower elliptical head, equipped with standard jacket and flat blade disc turbine stirring device;

② Material: The contact area with the medicine is 316L, and the rest is 304.

③ Design pressure: Inner cylinder 0.25Mpa, jacket 0.33Mpa.

④ Roughness: The inner surface is mechanically polished with Ra ≤ 0.35, the upper and lower heads of the outer surface are mirror polished, and the straight cylinder is sandblasted with a matte finish.

⑤ Tank accessory configuration: (can be designed according to user needs): PH and DO detectors; Clean cleaning ball; Hard alloy+silicon carbide mechanical seal, 100% leak free; Mixing reducer; Other processes (including sampling port, feeding port, discharging port, inlet, SIP, CIP port, etc.).

2、 Fully automatic control system (can be designed according to user needs)

1. Mixing: According to the DO or set value, the frequency converter automatically controls the speed.

2. Intake: Automatic control of flow meter.

3 tank pressure: regulating valve self-control.

4 PH: According to the set value and pH meter self-control, acid and alkali are added using a peristaltic pump.

5 defoaming: The defoaming electrode is self controlled.

Level 6: Flat plate level gauge or other level gauges, such as differential pressure type.

7. Feeding: Using a peristaltic pump for feeding, the feeding amount can be set according to the available time.

8 Sterilization: Hand controlled.

9. Cultivation temperature: The temperature is controlled by a circulating water tank, with a temperature range of 30-40 ℃ and 0.5 ℃.

10 Control modes: All are automatically controlled by computer, and the control software is FPC2000 system.

(5) Tanks annex configuration: (Can be based on user demand design) : PH, blinding detector, Clean cleaning ball, Hard alloy + silicon carbide mechanical seal, 100% without leakage, mixing reducer, other process (Including sampling mouth, charging mouth, discharging mouth intake, SIP, CIP mouth, etc.).

Second, automatic control system (Can be based on user demand design)

(1) Mixing: According to DO or setting, inverter control speed.

(2) Inlet: Flowmeter automatic control.

(3) Cans of pressure: Regulator self-control.

(4) PH: According to the set value and PH dollars self-control, adopt peristaltic pump plus acid, alkali.

(5) Defoaming: Defoaming electrode self-control.

(6) Level: Plate-type liquidometer or other level gauge, such as the differential pressure, etc..

(7) Fill material: Adopt peristaltic pump filling materials, usable time set fill shoes.

(8) Sterilization: Manual control.

(9) Dhe incubation temperature: Using circulating cistern control temperature, temperature range: 30～40 ℃±0.5 ℃.

(10) Control mode: Adopt computer automatic control, the control software for FPC2000 system.
