As the Ca2+and Mg2+in the resin increase, the efficiency of removing Ca2+and Mg2+gradually decreases. Therefore, after using the softened water equipment for a period of time, it is necessary to use a salt regeneration part to regenerate the resin, restore its efficiency, and improve its service life.
