1: Product Features and Applications
This product is suitable for AC rated voltage0.6/1KV and below are used as fixed transmission and distribution lines, power transmission or motor lead wires, with characteristics such as high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, corrosive gas resistance, waterproofing, etc. The electrical performance in high temperature environments is stable, the current carrying capacity is large, and the service life is long. They are widely used in industries such as metallurgy, power, petrochemicals, large construction, and automobile manufacturing.
2: Product execution standards
Q/LB3208.001-2007
Execution of flame retardant and fire resistance characteristics testGB12666-90 standard
3: Usage characteristics
1.Rated AC voltage:U0/U 0.6/1KV
2.Maximum operating temperature: Perfluoroethylene propylene(F46) Insulation not exceeding 200 ℃
Soluble polytetrafluoroethylene (PFA) insulation not exceeding 260 ℃
3.Minimum ambient temperature: Fluoroplastic insulation and sheath
Fixed installation -40 ℃, non fixed installation -15 ℃
4.The temperature for cable installation and laying should not be lower than0 ℃ (fluoroplastic, silicone rubber, and nitrile sheathed cables shall not be lower than -25 ℃).
5.Allowable bending radius of cable: The minimum allowable bending radius for a single core cable is the outer diameter of the cable15 times
The minimum requirement for multi-core cables is 10 times the outer diameter of the cable
