● Non contact measurement, does not interfere with the tested environment;
High time/spatial resolution, with a resolution of nanoseconds, allowing for the acquisition of two-dimensional spatial information;
High sensitivity, with a detection limit of up to 106 particles/cm3 for individual components;
High precision, able to accurately locate target molecules in complex environments;
High signal-to-noise ratio, active detection method can suppress strong background radiation and Rayleigh scattering signals;
The testing target range is wide and can achieve parameter diagnosis of atoms, molecules, ions, and free radicals;
Dongfang Flash, together with Mianyang Yuming Technology and Zhongzhi Science Instrument, has developed and produced the FlameGuru laser flame transient imaging system. The system is based on Planar Laser Induced Fluorescence (PLIF) technology, which uses a sheet shaped tunable laser to selectively excite specific components in the test environment. By measuring the fluorescence emitted by the excited state components, the two-dimensional spatial distribution information of the component in the light region of the sheet is obtained. This technology is a spectroscopic based combustion diagnostic technique that can obtain information on flame structure, reaction mechanism, combustion efficiency, and other aspects through the analysis of OH, NO, CHO, H2, H2O, and NO2 free radicals, as well as molecular spatial information and concentration. It has been applied in the diagnosis of steady-state laminar flames, turbulent diffusion flames, supersonic combustion, detonation, and shock induced combustion.
The FlameGuru laser flame transient imaging system supports online flame monitoring in industrial equipment and provides quantitative information on the concentration of substances (particles), gas composition, and flame temperature in the laser irradiated flame area. This imaging system provides ample and flexible upgrade modules for different flame imaging applications.
To provide more professional technical services, we have built a combustion diagnosis laboratory of over 200 square meters, equipped with a complete set of diagnostic testing equipment such as narrow linewidth dye lasers, broadband dye lasers, image enhancement cameras, multifunctional spectrometers, high-speed image enhancement modules, single photon cameras, etc. We hope to provide more scientific research users with services such as feasibility assessment of solutions, on-site testing, and project cooperation.
