Non invasive: does not interfere with the flow field, achieves in-situ measurement;
High time and spatial resolution: capable of achieving micrometer level detection accuracy and nanosecond level time resolution;
High precision: The temperature measurement results directly match the molecular energy level Boltzmann distribution without calibration;
● Wide temperature measurement range: 300-3000K
Dongfang Flash, together with Mianyang Yuming Technology and Zhongzhi Scientific Instrument, has developed and produced the FlameGuru laser flame spectroscopy temperature measurement system. Based on Coherent Anti Stokes Raman Spectroscopy (CARS), this technology is a Raman spectroscopy testing technique based on nonlinear four wave mixing. It meets the Raman scattering conditions in terms of spectral characteristics, but has much higher signal intensity than Raman scattering. Therefore, this technology can also be used for component identification, concentration measurement, and temperature measurement.
In order to obtain a strong CARS signal, the pump light, Stokes light, probe light, and CARS signal light must meet certain phase matching conditions. The system adopts Unstable resonator Spatially Enhanced Detection technology, which uses the ring mode laser beam output by the unstable cavity ring mode laser and the Stokes beam transmitted on its central axis to focus on one point to generate CARS light. This technology is easy to find the phase matching relationship and can achieve high spatial resolution. The system mainly consists of CARS light source, CARS signal collection device, and CARS signal acquisition and analysis system. The structural layout is shown in the following figure:
