System Overview:
The VOC alarm system for fixed pollution sources is designed based on standards such as "Technical Requirements for Photoionization Detector (PID) Method for Continuous Automatic Monitoring System of Volatile Organic Compound Emissions from Fixed Pollution Sources" (DB 44/T 1947-2016) and "Online Monitoring of Volatile Gases from Industrial Pollution Sources in Hebei Province".
System workflow:
The sampling preprocessing system consists of a sampling probe, a water gas separator, a filter, a sampling pump, and a gas controller.
The process of the sampling preprocessing system is shown in the following figure. Gas is extracted from the exhaust pipe by the sampling pump, transported through the sampling probe and sampling tube, separated and filtered by water and gas, and then enters the PID gas analyzer. The gas analyzer integrates multiple high-performance microprocessors to measure the concentration of VOCs gas. After the entire measurement is completed, exhaust the exhaust gas through the exhaust hole.
