production process
Filtration stage: Operated under pressure or vacuum to achieve separation of mother liquor and filtrate, with a flat filter cake thickness of up to 600mm.
Washing stage: residual mother liquor is washed and pre dehydrated, and the filter cake is further purified. The machine is equipped with a special spray device to evenly distribute the washing solution inside the container, achieving internal cleaning and material cleaning. The filter cake and washing solution are mixed layer by layer through a lifting mixer, and finally a slurry suspension filter cake is formed (the material is thoroughly washed).
Drying stage: Drying and dehydration treatment of filter cake. While the filter cake is gradually scraped and loosened by the agitator, the side walls of the equipment, the bottom of the filter plate, and the moving stirring blades simultaneously heat the filter cake, increasing the moisture content and accelerating the drying of the material, thereby improving the drying effect.
Unloading stage: Sampling is done in place, and after the material meets the drying requirements, it is scraped loose. The material is automatically discharged from the side discharge port through the pushing effect of the mixing slurry and directly enters the packaging.

This machine is equipped with a heating system, mixing system, power system, unloading system, and in-situ sampling system.
The mixing system consists of a seal, a mixing shaft, and a stirrer. The mixer can rotate forward and backward, driven by a motor reducer to rotate the shaft. The speed is controlled by variable frequency speed regulation from 0-20 revolutions per minute, and the lifting of the mixer is controlled by hydraulic pressure.
The heating system consists of a bottom plate heating system, a jacket heating system, and a stirring shaft heating system, which can achieve multi-directional simultaneous heating, achieve maximum effect, and dry materials in the shortest time.
The bottom plate is a detachable bottom plate, which can be disassembled and clamped by a hydraulic cylinder. The lower part is equipped with wheels, making it easy to clean the filter plate.
Solid discharge system. To manually control the discharge valve. After the valve core is closed, the inner side matches the inner wall of the equipment cylinder, without affecting the movement of the mixing inner side.
