The filling packaging machine is a packaging machinery equipment developed by our Lante packaging machine manufacturer for packaging filling foods. The overall structure of the machine is mainly composed of a vertical packaging machine host and an external rotor pump container device for filling. Due to the viscous nature of the filling material and its lack of fluidity, it is generally packaged using a rotary pump for material infusion. Depending on the viscosity, different rotary metering pumps are configured.

The workflow of the machine is as follows: the operator pours the filling into the container for storing materials, and the rotary pump rotates to transport the materials through the pipeline to the bag making device. The filling process is automatically completed through bag making, material filling, constant temperature sealing, and finished product output.

There are several types of filling packaging machines produced by our company. One type uses an external rotary pump, which requires a metal pipe to connect to the main machine for material transportation. Another way is to place the hopper and rotary pump directly on top of the main machine and connect them to the bag making machine for unloading. Both types of packaging machinery can be used for filling packaging, and customers can choose which cutting method to use according to their own needs.

Precautions and maintenance methods

1. Before starting the filling packaging machine, it is necessary to check whether the power supply voltage is normal and whether the socket has a safe grounding wire.

2. After using the filling packaging machine to complete the filling packaging process, it is also necessary to clean and maintain it properly to extend its service life.

3. The filling packaging machine is suitable for environments with temperatures ranging from -5 ℃ to 40 ℃ and relative humidity below 90 ℃. It is most suitable at a constant temperature and should be placed in a ventilated, dry, and clean location.

4. During use, attention should be paid to purchasing power cords of the same model and specifications in a timely manner if damage (exposed copper wire) is found. Other power cords should not be used as substitutes to avoid accidents.

5. Before operation, it is necessary to thoroughly clean, using a non-woven soft cloth and cleaning agent to wipe away oil or dirt, and then dry with a non-woven soft cloth. According to GMP requirements, check whether the contact area between equipment and materials meets the corresponding cleanliness requirements. If it does not meet the requirements, clean and dry it again. The cleaning method is based on the process requirements.

1. After turning on the power, set the temperature of the machine to a constant temperature.

2. Set the parameters of the packaging machine, including the length, width, and packaging weight of the bag.

3. The operator manually pours the filling into the storage hopper.

4. The storage hopper vibrates and feeds into the screw.

5. The motor drives the screw to start conveying materials.

6. Screw measures the weight and weight of materials.
