Fiberglass tanks are divided into vertical and horizontal mechanically wound fiberglass storage tanks, fiberglass transport tanks, fiberglass reaction tanks, various chemical equipment, fiberglass horizontal tanks, vertical storage tanks, transport tanks, containers, and large series containers. Epoxy furan resin, modified or polyester resin, and phenolic resin are selected as binders according to the storage or transportation medium used. They are composed of a high resin content corrosion-resistant inner lining layer, anti-seepage layer, fiber winding reinforcement layer, and outer protective layer.

Fiberglass products have excellent physical properties, with higher specific strength than steel, cast iron, and plastic. The thermal conductivity coefficient is only 0.5 of steel, making it a great insulation experience for heat and electricity. FRP products have great design flexibility and excellent wall structure performance. The operating temperature of the product is between -50 and 200 ℃, and the pressure resistance is generally below 6.4 MPa. It has the advantages of pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, and long service life. And it has the characteristics of light weight, high strength, anti-seepage, thermal insulation, insulation, non toxicity, and smooth surface.

Mechanical winding of fiberglass containers can adjust the physical and chemical properties of the product to meet the needs of different media and working conditions by changing the resin system or using different reinforcement materials. Different pressures can be designed through structural layer thickness, winding angle, and wall thickness, which is a significant feature of fiber winding composite materials.
