1.3 The control principle of the fan can refer to the national standard atlas 99D303-2 "Common Motor Control Circuit Diagram", indicating the atlas number. Alternatively, the control principle recommended by our company can be used, as detailed in 4.5 and 4 Control schematic diagram of FQ type fan dedicated electric control box.
Product parameters and specifications
Classification of FQ type fan with electric control box
1. Divided by rotational speed
Single speed control box: The fan only has one speed.
Dual speed control box: The fan adopts variable pole speed regulation, divided into low speed and high speed.
● Variable frequency control box: Variable frequency fan, using variable frequency speed regulation, it is recommended to lock the frequency between 25HZ-50HZ (preferably using a variable frequency motor at the same time).
2. According to the startup mode
● Direct start: Suitable for low-power (generally recommended power less than 18.5kw) single speed fans.
● Star delta start: suitable for high-power single speed fans (generally recommended power greater than or equal to 18 5kw)。
Soft start: suitable for high-power fans.
● Self coupling transformer step-down starting: suitable for high-power fans.
Variable frequency start-up: suitable for variable frequency fans.
3. Naming

FQ type fan with electrical control box wiring and control requirements
1. Single speed fan
2. Dual speed
Control principle of dual speed fan: The stator winding of the dual speed fan equipped by our company is connected by O/YY (or Y/YY). The basic principle of speed regulation is to change the connection between the motor stator windings to achieve the purpose of speed regulation by changing the number of stages. When working at low speed, it is in △ (or Y) mode, and when working at high speed, it is in YY mode. The circuit breakers, protective devices, and other electrical components equipped with the wind turbine control box must be selected correctly and reasonably according to the rated capacity of the wind turbine.

3. Variable frequency control
The variable frequency fan produced by our company consists of a main motor and a cooling fan. The cooling motor is mainly used to dissipate heat from the main motor and does not have variable frequency function. Therefore, it must be controlled separately through a set of controllers. The control requirements are interlocked with the main motor, that is, when the main motor and the cooling motor start, stop, or the cooling fan clicks, the main motor must automatically stop. It is not allowed to use the cooling fan motor in parallel with the variable frequency motor, as the cooling fan fan is not a variable frequency motor, otherwise it can easily cause damage to the cooling fan motor. Due to the widespread use of variable frequency motors as conventional products, the presence of cooling fan motors should be considered when designing and manufacturing electrical control boxes.
Control schematic diagram of FQ type fan dedicated electric control box
4.1 Here are the control schematics for our company's conventional single speed fire (positive pressure) fan and dual speed fire (positive pressure) fan, which are suitable for controlling a single 380V fire smoke exhaust fan or positive pressure supply fan. They can be manually or automatically controlled by the fire protection system, and the fire linkage module needs to provide passive dynamic contact points. Special design is required for soft start and variable frequency control according to different brands of components.
The power of the transformer in the schematic diagram should be greater than 10VA.
The setting current of the thermal protection relay in the schematic diagram should be the rated current value of the fan motor.
The capacity of the circuit breaker in the schematic diagram should be twice the rated current of the fan. The table below provides the required circuit breakers for the control box of our company's fan
