1、 Test project
1. Control test: Test the no-load current, no-load loss, and no-load voltage of secondary 1-5 groups of the transformer.
2. Voltage withstand test: Conduct voltage withstand tests on the primary winding (Pri) against all secondary windings (Sec), the secondary winding (Pri) against the core, secondary 1 against secondary 2, 3, 4, 5, secondary 2 against secondary 3, 4, 5, secondary 3 against secondary 4, 5, and secondary 4 against secondary 5 in sequence.
2、 Test range
1. Primary input voltage: 5.0V~500.0V, accuracy: Class 0.5
No load current: 0.6mA~2000mA, accuracy: Class 0.5
No load loss: U χ 1 X cos ф, accuracy level 0.5

3、 Measurement function
1. Dual station measurement, using glass cover automatic door lock function to achieve rapid measurement of transformer detection/loading and unloading.
2. The test cabinet consists of an industrial computer, LCD display, programmable voltage withstand module, transformer power measurement module, main control board, high-voltage electrical and dual station operation console.
3. System management authorization, where system administrators have the authority to set, edit, and delete parameter settings and model configurations for various types of transformers; The testing operator can only test and operate under the currently selected 'transformer model'. Ensure the daily management of the system is professional and easy to maintain.
4. Each testing item can be selected or blocked, and the qualification criteria can be set arbitrarily. If the testing result data exceeds the standard, an automatic sound and light alarm will be triggered.
5. Powerful data management function, which can query the monitoring data results of each model of transformer stator (by model, number, date, project, qualified) and other conditions, and form statistical reports, including production and qualification rate statistics.
