FZU engineering plastic self-priming pump is an engineering plastic self-priming pump that uses polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) and reinforced polypropylene (RPP) injection molded in one go. It has high mechanical strength, strong corrosion resistance, and a unique scientific structure. The pump chamber is equipped with a suction chamber, a storage chamber, a return check chamber, a gas-liquid separation chamber, and a reflux hole. Just pour the drainage before the first start-up, and there is no need to repeat the drainage in the future. The suction pipe is equipped with a submerged valve, and the mechanical seal does not require additional cooling water during operation. It is easy to operate, safe, and leak free, making it a suitable product to replace the submerged pump.
