1. This machine adopts PLC programmable control; Optional touch screen control panel for easy human-machine dialogue;

2. The metal structure that comes into contact with the material is made of 304 stainless steel material (316 or other materials can be used as needed), and other connecting components are made of silicone tubing or nylon material;

3. Using high-quality pneumatic components to achieve stable driving force, the piston type filling pump is driven to complete the filling action.

4. At the rear door of the machine base, we have designed that each filling pump can manually and finely adjust the filling volume within a certain range to control the filling volume.

5. Intelligent bottle delivery, filling, and dispensing. When four bottles are not detected to be in place, no filling action is generated to avoid wasting materials; When the filling head is not fully raised, the bottle stopper handle does not retract to prevent the bottle from being hung over;

6. The edge of the filling platform is designed with a guide groove, which is used to divert several types of liquids from waste liquid or machine cleaning to the waste liquid pipeline, maintaining the cleanliness of the production environment;
