The portable chromatographic analyzer FROG5000 adopts a unique MEMS micro chromatographic system and detector modular structure, which is powerful and easy to use. It is equipped with a rechargeable lithium battery, built-in memory card, dedicated chromatographic software, and is compact and portable in size. According to the needs, different injection devices can be configured to measure gas, liquid, and solid samples. They can measure VOC concentrations at ppb levels, as well as high ppm concentrations of gases. Dilution devices are also optional.

Working Principle:
The FROG5000 portable analyzer mainly consists of MEMS microcalorimeter, PID detector, injection device, and auxiliary unit. The sample is drawn into the instrument through a sampling pump, and then sent into the chromatographic column through an electronic pressure and flow control system. Depending on the diffusion rate of different gas molecules in the chromatographic column, the sample gas is separated. A high-sensitivity PID detector can be used to detect the gas concentration, and the configured chromatographic software can monitor the chromatogram in real time.
