1、 Overview of FGL Axial Flow Pump
The FGL type high-temperature molten salt evaporation axial flow pump is a new generation of energy-saving high-temperature molten salt axial flow pump product developed by our company based on market demand, utilizing our existing experience in producing vertical chemical axial flow pumps and high-temperature molten salt submersible pumps, and absorbing the advantages of foreign industry technology. Mainly used in industrial processes such as phthalic anhydride, maleic anhydride, maleic anhydride, acrylic acid, fumaric acid, melamine, refrigerants, aluminum and magnesium industries, as well as in industries such as rubber and plastics to transport high-temperature liquids such as sodium salts, potassium salts, and alkalis that are prone to crystallization.
The FGL vertical chemical axial flow pump is a single-stage cantilever structure with a reasonable structure, good anti cavitation performance, and high reliability. The design pressure of the pump is 10 bar, and the temperature of the conveying medium is~+120 ℃. Used for conveying media containing solid particles in high flow, low head evaporation circulation stations, it is the preferred pump type for the phosphate compound fertilizer industry.
2、 Application of FGL vertical axial flow pump
Phosphate compound fertilizer industry: suitable for conveying corrosive media containing solid particles, such as flash evaporation cooling stations.
Chemical, alkali, salt, and other industries: suitable for material concentration and circulation stations.
Paper and light industry: suitable for material concentration and circulation stations.
3、 Structural Description of FGL Vertical Axial Flow Pump
Adopting a guide vane structure, the pump has good anti cavitation performance and high efficiency.
The pump has a low speed and operates smoothly and reliably.
The impeller and impeller body are matched, and when conveying abrasive materials, only the impeller and impeller body need to be replaced, thereby improving the service life of the pump body.
Transmission methods such as direct connection, belt or reducer can be used.
4、 Material selection for overcurrent components
CD4MCu, Cr30, 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 904L (UB-6), 20 # alloy and other materials can be selected.
The impeller and impeller body of the flash cooling station in the phosphate fertilizer industry are made of Cr30 material, and the pump body is made of CD4MCu material.
