★ Overview
The FB1151DP/GP remote differential pressure/pressure transmitter senses the measured pressure through a remote transmission device installed on the pipeline or container. The pressure is transmitted to the transmitter body through the filled silicone oil (or other liquid) in the capillary tube, which can avoid direct contact between the measured medium and the isolation diaphragm of the transmitter. Suitable for measuring pressure or liquid level of corrosive or viscous liquids
★ Suitable occasions
|
It is necessary to isolate the high-temperature medium from the transmitter. Has a corrosive effect on the sensitive components of the transmitter. Suspended liquids or high viscosity media. Measurement of liquid level in sealed pressure vessels. The replacement of the measured medium requires strict purification of the measuring head. The measuring head must be kept clean and hygienic. The tested medium solidifies or crystallizes due to changes in environment or process temperature. |
Attention: Remote transmitters should not be used in vacuum environments
★ Features
Simulate "online operation" assessment for each transmitter to ensure stable and reliable operation under extreme environmental temperature, medium temperature, and working pressure (including positive pressure or vacuum).
Adopting a "dynamic profile" remote transmission membrane structure, the membrane will not be damaged after overload; The accuracy will not change after long-term work.
The use of a fully welded and rigid sealed filling system eliminates the occurrence of oil leakage.
The innovative capillary coupling component provides reliable protection for the capillary, making it less prone to breakage during on-site use.
The variety, form, and size of remote transmission devices, as well as the rich variety of filling fluids, can meet the measurement needs of various occasions. We can provide various special needs products, including high temperature, high vacuum, fast response, and remote transmission with PTFE coating sprayed on the surface of the liquid receiving membrane
Differential pressure/pressure transmitter.
★ Technical parameters
The main structure of the transmitter is the same as that of differential pressure and pressure transmitters, and the general technical parameters refer to pages 11-12.
The static pressure of the remote differential pressure transmitter and the working pressure of the remote pressure transmitter also depend on the specifications of the selected flange.
The working temperature of the remote transmission device is determined by the type of filling fluid selected.
