It is independently planned, designed, manufactured, installed, and operated for commissioning.

Before drying the topcoat after spraying, it should be leveled and dried. During the drying process, organic solvents evaporate from the wet paint film;

The composition of drying exhaust gas is relatively complex, including volatile components such as organic solvents, some plasticizers or resin monomers, as well as thermal decomposition products and reaction products.

Adding an air volume regulating valve at the front of the induced draft fan to adjust the air speed can improve filtration efficiency and save paint.

Operation and maintenance: The filter components need to be replaced regularly, and the replacement cycle depends on various factors such as dust removal capacity, usage time, paint mist concentration, etc. Therefore, the replacement cycle needs to be determined according to the on-site situation. Generally, it takes 4-8 months. The replaced parts generally do not require deep processing. They can be directly wiped clean of dust and continue to be used. Damaged parts can be discarded directly.

Spray painting exhaust gas is generated by harmful gases produced by spray painting equipment during the operation of vehicle painting. In order to facilitate the treatment of exhaust gas, pipelines are used to collect the exhaust gas from each emission point. Then, the induced draft fan is introduced into the adsorption device for treatment and meets the emission standards.

The main method for improving paint quality, enhancing paint spraying environment, and meeting environmental emission requirements is to collect and separate paint mist from polluted air.

4、 The main sources of painting exhaust gas are:

One is the exhaust of the paint booth. To maintain the working environment in the paint spraying room, the exhaust air velocity in the paint spraying room should generally be controlled within the range of 0.25-1m/s. The air volume is high, the concentration of deep agent vapor is low, and the exhaust of the paint booth also contains paint mist and dust generated by overspray. The particle size of this dust (paint mist droplets) is about 20-200 μ m, and it cannot be dispersed far without strong winds, causing pollution and becoming an obstacle to exhaust gas treatment;

The second is the exhaust of the drying room. The function of the drying room is to allow a portion of the solvent in the coating to evaporate smoothly and form a good coating after painting and before drying or forced drying. This exhaust only contains solvent vapor and almost no paint mist;

The third is the exhaust of the drying room. The exhaust gas discharged from the drying room includes the exhaust from the coating system and the exhaust from the fuel system. Among them, the exhaust gas emitted by the coating system includes residual solvents in the coating film, some volatile substances such as plasticizers or resin monomers, thermal decomposition products, reaction products, etc; The exhaust gas emitted from the fuel system is the combustion exhaust gas of the fuel.
