Phoenix Airwave is designed specifically for samples with high organic matter content in petrochemicals and other industries. It complies with ASTM D5630-94 and ASTM D 1509-94b standards and can quickly and accurately determine the content of ash, additives, heavy metals, etc., providing accurate feedback for the control of additive and raw material mixing processes. Composed of Phoenix+airflow amplifier+high-precision electronic balance (optional), its ashing chamber has a precisely designed air circulation mode, and the strong airflow exhaust device (US11351515B2) of the specialized company ensures that smoke and volatile by-products inside the chamber are quickly removed before condensation and accumulation. The special quartz ceramic fiber cavity has strong thermal insulation ability, and the organic sample processing capacity can reach up to 200 grams.
