1、 Product Introduction
The EQM-3000-3 end quenching testing machine is required to meet the requirements of steel GB/T225-2006, ASTM A 255, DIN 50191, and ISO 642 "End quenching test method for steel hardenability (Jominy test)" for quenching the heated specimens. Suitable for end face quenching experiments of high-quality carbon structural steel, alloy structural steel, spring steel, some tool steel, bearing steel, low hardenability structural steel and other steel grades.

1. PLC controls the entire process reliably;

3. Spray control method:
Automatic (high-sensitivity photoelectric sensor)
Manual control (manual on and off).
4. Temperature control: It can ensure long-term stability within 20 ± 3 degrees Celsius at an ambient temperature of 0-50 degrees Celsius;
5. Spray height: Each workstation can be adjusted independently and stably;
6. The relative spatial position (XY, coaxiality, etc.) between the center of the sample bottom and the nozzle: adjusted separately for easy and accurate adjustment;
7. The overall material is made of 304 stainless steel;
8. Automatic alarm for low water level.
