Product Introduction
The EQM-2000-2 end quenching testing machine is required to fully meet the requirements of steel GB/T225-2006, ASTM A 255, DIN 50191, and ISO 642 "End quenching test method for steel hardenability (Jominy test)", and to perform quenching treatment on heated specimens. Suitable for end face quenching experiments of high-quality carbon structural steel, alloy structural steel, spring steel, some tool steel, bearing steel, low hardenability structural steel and other steel grades.

Key Features:

1. Adopting a quenching time control system, it can automatically complete the entire working cycle of quenching and turning off the water pump;
2. Each workstation is independently controlled, precise and reliable;
3. Temperature control: It can ensure long-term stability within 20 ± 3 degrees Celsius at an ambient temperature of 0-50 degrees Celsius, which is superior to national standards;
4. Spray height: Each workstation is independently adjusted and stable;
5. The relative spatial position (XY, coaxiality, etc.) between the center of the sample bottom and the nozzle: adjusted separately for easy and accurate adjustment;
6. The overall material is made of 304 stainless steel.

Method for determining hardenability

Six independent working channels, automatic control of working cycle, automatic temperature control of chiller, jog control of water pump opening, automatic completion of quenching water pump working cycle, quenching time timed for 10 minutes.
During the experiment, first heat the standard sample to the austenitizing temperature and hold it for 30-40 minutes, then quickly place it on the end quenching test bench and press the start button.
