·It has measurement and control functions, suitable for various continuous automatic scales.
·Multiple calibration methods. Zero point calibration, chain code calibration, physical calibration, and calibration of analog input/output interfaces. For special circumstances, the calibration coefficient can be directly modified. It can automatically measure the entire cycle time and flexibly set the calibration cycle number. Physical calibration and chain code calibration can be performed at any speed and ensure accuracy indicators.
·You can choose to automatically remove the skin when starting up (suitable for systems with feeders), or automatically remove the skin in the empty space during operation (suitable for measuring scales).
·Intelligent control algorithm. No need for highly specialized parameters such as PID, the instrument can automatically adjust based on empirical values. Design a large fluctuation control algorithm for systems with particularly large fluctuations.
·Automatically calculate initial output. The initial output when starting the belt scale can be manually set or automatically calculated by the instrument based on empirical values.
·It has batch running function.
