The electronic water processor SYS-100 is a new generation of water treatment equipment developed by our factory after years of research and development, with advanced technology. 2、 Working principle

1. The device generates a variable frequency high-frequency electric field from the host to treat water, generating resonance and deeply breaking the binding bonds of the original large aggregated state water, dissociating it into highly active single-molecule or small aggregated state water, thereby changing the physical structure and characteristics of water, enhancing the polarity of water molecules, increasing the dipole moment of water molecules, and improving the hydration ability of water molecules to scale forming components such as calcium, magnesium ions, and carbonate ions, playing a role in preventing the formation of scale. At the same time, under the action of high-frequency electric field, the original scale crystals gradually become soft, detached, and dissolved, thus achieving the purpose of scale removal.

Oxidative corrosion and corrosion of primary batteries under scale are the main causes of corrosion and rust in water system pipelines and equipment. Under the action of high-frequency electric fields, scale can be controlled and removed, and dissolved oxygen and water molecules are not easily precipitated, thereby inhibiting the occurrence of oxidative corrosion and corrosion of primary batteries under scale, and playing a good role in corrosion prevention and rust resistance.

In addition, high-frequency electromagnetic fields destroy the environment that bacteria and algae rely on for survival, and dissolved oxygen forms substances such as 03 and H202 that are highly lethal to bacteria and algae under the action of high-frequency electromagnetic fields, playing a role in killing bacteria and algae.

3、 Anti scaling mechanism of high-frequency electronic water treatment equipment

The application of high-frequency electromagnetic field water for scale prevention is due to the presence of a large number of "ion complexes" or "particle complexes", which provide a large number of crystalline cores in the aqueous solution. The more crystal cores there are, the more crystals are generated, and the smaller the linear size of scale crystals. In addition, due to the increase in the number of single or double hydrogen bound water molecules, the activity of water molecules becomes more "free". They occupy other gaps in the aqueous solution, forming an extremely thin film, which hinders crystal growth, promotes the linear size reduction of scale crystallization, and makes scale appear as soft and fine particles that are discharged with wastewater.

6、 Product Features

7、 Product Structure and Parameters

This product consists of two parts: the main unit and the auxiliary unit. The main unit is a high-frequency electromagnetic field signal generator, and the auxiliary unit is a device that emits the signal generated by the main unit into the water for water treatment. The host and slave can be installed as a whole or as a separate unit, connected by shielded wires. The specific structure and parameters are shown in the chart.

9、 Maintenance and upkeep:

1. The electronic water processor has been strictly tested before leaving the factory, and users are not allowed to open the host casing for debugging, otherwise it will cause damage to the circuit and the equipment will be scrapped.

2. After the entire water system is debugged and qualified, as long as the electronic water processor is connected to a 220V/50Hz power supply, it can start running.

3. In order to prolong the service life of electronic water processors, it is recommended that they also be powered off and stopped when the system stops running.

4. During operation, the fully enclosed circulation system should discharge at least once a month, with each discharge not less than 5% of the total water volume of the system; A semi closed loop system should be discharged at least once a week. Control the concentration factor not to exceed 4-5.
