P7SE systemThe design aims to use sound sensors that can be managed simultaneously and four logical channels to check and process sound signals. P7SE is an ideal choice for mechanical machining operations using grinding wheels in CBN, which requires a special noise analyzer to optimize the grinding wheel repair operation.
P7SE requires automatic sound signals, analyze and compare this signal with the programmed noise threshold to improve the production process. Operators can perform collision and air gap checks by determining the noise threshold
- Collision detection (crushing): an accurately determined noise threshold that can detect accidental collisions between grinding wheels and parts, thereby protecting machine parts.
- Air gap inspection (gap): By determining a threshold, it is possible to detect the direct contact between the grinding wheel and the part, as well as accurately determine the moment when the entry speed exceeds the feed speed. This check optimizes the cycle time.
The P7SE system consists of a standard component card that coordinates and manages the sound function card, and coordinates the communication mode between the machine logic and the operator interface (MHIS).
The functional features of P7SE are reflected in the integrated fieldbus (Profibus and Interbus S) and serial connection with machine tool control.
