Product Introduction of Electro Hydraulic Plow Unloader
Electro hydraulic plow unloaders are widely used for segmented unloading of conveyors in mines, metallurgy, electric fields, coal yards, consolidation stations, ports and docks. The electro-hydraulic plow unloader is a mechanical product installed on the middle frame of a belt conveyor, which performs unloading and controls the flow and direction of material transportation. It can evenly and continuously discharge the conveyed materials into the hopper or the required place. The electro-hydraulic plow type unloader has added variable slot angles, auxiliary plow blades, etc., and uses an electro-hydraulic push rod as the power source, overcoming the disadvantages of the old unloader such as incomplete plowing, scraping tape, poor overload capacity, often burning the motor, bending the screw, and mechanical damage.
Structural characteristics of electro-hydraulic plow unloader
1. Plows can be divided into single plows or double plows. The front plow blade is made of chromium nickel stainless steel, and the rear plow blade is made of high molecular weight polyethylene plate. The front and rear plow blades can be replaced, and this structure can unload cleanly and protect the tape.
2. The plow head locking device has undergone significant improvements, ensuring reliable locking. During operation, the plow head will not lift or shake, and can be adjusted to be close to the tape without any material leakage.
3. The driving device adopts an electro-hydraulic push rod to achieve electromechanical integration. The circulating oil circuit is a fully sealed structure, which can adapt to working in harsh environments. According to user needs, a dual-purpose electro-hydraulic push rod or a mechanical self-locking electro-hydraulic push rod can be provided.
4. The deformation roller group is synchronized with the electro-hydraulic push rod working mechanism, and the push rod works in one cycle. The deformation roller group completes the automatic transformation from groove shape to flat shape and then to groove shape.
5. The protection level of the motor is determined by the environment, and IP54 motors are used for flammable and explosive working conditions.
