1. The bracket is made of 40mm * 40mm iron material, with a working face height of 750+/-20mm
2. The two sides of the line are connected by 40mm * 60mm aluminum profiles
3. The lamp frame is made of 40mm * 40mm iron material, and the lighting uses 28W single tube energy-saving lamps with covers. The lamp passage material is composed of 20 * 40 iron flat passages;
4. Power system: The power cord uses standard wires, and the cable tray uses 40 * 60 galvanized iron sheet cable trays; Install 220V three hole strip sockets at each workstation, one per meter.
5. Cold plates are used as countertops in areas with workstations on the production line, and 1.5-inch galvanized bull eyes are installed on the countertops. Galvanized rollers are used as power in other areas. (See installation diagram for specific location)
6. The signboard bracket is made of 25mm * 15mm aluminum profiles, with A4 rubber sleeves at each workstation.
7. Install 30 * 28 wind batch aluminum and 6 air distribution pipes on the lamp stand.
8. Instrument panel: 300mm wide, the tabletop is made of δ 16mm wooden board, with white fireproof board pasted on the surface and half round wood edging
9. The tooling board is made of 600 * 800 * 16mm wooden board with white fireproof board pasted on the bottom, green electrostatic adhesive tape pasted on the surface, and green T-shaped edges wrapped around it
