Product Introduction of Electric Variable Slot Angle Plow Unloader

The electric variable slot angle plow unloader is installed on the middle frame of the belt conveyor, which can evenly and continuously unload the materials conveyed by the belt into the hopper or the belt feeding auxiliary machine in the required place. This unloader has added variable slot angles, auxiliary plow blades, etc. compared to the old unloader, and has switched to an electro-hydraulic push rod power source. Overcoming the shortcomings of old-fashioned unloaders such as incomplete plowing, poor scraping of belts, and poor overload capacity of electric push rods, often burning out motors, bending screws, and easy mechanical damage.

Features of electric variable slot angle plow unloader: Unloading state: the plow blade falls, the middle unit's flat roller rises, and the two sections of variable slot shaped rollers are equal rollers. Non unloading state: The plow blade is lifted, the middle unit's flat idler roller falls, the two idler rollers become grooved, and the material passes through normally. This product has advanced design, compact structure, and easy operation. The plow head can be raised and lowered through the forward and reverse rotation of the motor, and the action is sensitive. By using an electro-hydraulic push rod as the power source, the electric push rod overcomes the disadvantages of easily burning out the motor and getting stuck, making the unloader more reliable.
