4Structural characteristic theory
This testing machine is mainly composed of two parts: the host and the electrical measurement and control system, using mechanical transmission
Apply a test torque to repeatedly bend the specimen,Use photoelectric switches to detect the number of bending tests.
After the sample breaks, the digital display will automatically show, record the number of bending tests, and stop the machine automatically.
1. host
The host is driven by an electric motor, which drives the worm gear pair to reduce speed through a belt pulley. Then, the crank rocker mechanism drives the cylindrical gear transmission, which in turn drives the rocker to do so±90Rotate the guide sleeve on the swing rod to drive the sample to bend ± 90 º, achieving the purpose of the test. A counting device is installed on the cylindrical gear, and the photoelectric switch collects a signal every time the sample is bent, thus achieving the purpose of counting.
After the experiment, if the swing rod does not stop at the middle position, press the reset button Reset button to restore the swing rod to the middle position. Restore the digital display to zero position.
On the swing rod, there is a lever, and the lever is equipped with guide sleeves of different sizes. For samples of different thicknesses, adjust the lever to different heights and use different guide sleeves. Place the guide sleeve into the lever hole, tighten it with screws, insert one end of the sample into the hole, clamp it with a clip, and make it conductive with the lever.
There is a sample clamping device installed below the swing rod. There is a manually controlled lead screw on the bending plate. Rotate the handwheel by hand to move the movable jaw and clamp the sample. A cylinder is installed on the jaws, and corresponding jaws and cylinders are replaced for samples with different diameters.
2.Electrical measurement and control system
The electrical measurement and control system mainly consists of two parts: strong current and weak current.

five、Lifting and storage
1. host.The electrical control cabinet and accessory box are all placed in the same packaging box. When lifting, attention should be paid to the lifting position due to the high center of gravity. The center of gravity line should be kept perpendicular to the ground, and the lifting speed should not be too fast to keep the testing machine from tilting.
2. Before opening the box, the product should be stored in a dry and ventilated place.A place without direct sunlight or rain is recommended.
3. When lifting the host, use a lifting device.
VIInstallation and adjustment
1. The installation of the testing machine shall comply with the conditions required in Article 4.
2. The host should be placed on a horizontal concrete floor.
