Main uses of edge belt conveyor
1. The edge belt conveyor is a general-purpose continuous conveying equipment for bulk materials, using a conveyor belt with wavy edges and transverse partitions. Therefore, it is particularly suitable for large angle belt conveyors.
2. This machine can be used in industries such as coal, chemical, building materials, metallurgy, power, light industry, grain, ports, and ships to transport various bulk materials with a specific gravity of 0.5-2.5t/m3 in a working environment humidity range of -15 ℃ to+40 ℃.
3. For materials with special requirements for transportation, such as high temperature, materials with acid, alkali, oil substances or organic solvents, special conveyor belts are required.
4. The inclined angle of the edge belt conveyor is within the range of 0 ° -90 °.
The edge belt conveyor adopts a "Z" - shaped layout, mainly consisting of an upper horizontal section, a lower horizontal section, and an inclined section. The specific content is as follows.
1. Upper horizontal section: In order to meet the requirements of different unloading heights, the head frame is divided into a lower head frame (head frame height H0=1000mm), a middle head frame (head frame height H0=1100-1500mm), and a high head frame (head frame height H0=1600-2000mm). Correspondingly, the upper horizontal section is equipped with a low convex arc section frame and a low middle frame support leg (with a head frame height H0=1000mm), a Chinese convex arc section frame and a Chinese middle frame support leg (with a head frame height H0=1100-1500mm), and a high convex arc section frame and a high middle frame support leg (with a head frame height H0=1600-2000mm).
2. Tilt section: Regardless of whether the upper horizontal section uses low, medium, or high middle frame legs, the tilt section uses low middle frame legs. When the inclination angle of the conveyor is greater than or equal to 45 °, it is recommended to use Type II low middle frame support legs.
3. Lower horizontal section: The lower horizontal section adopts a low middle frame support leg.
