EXPEC 6800 is a high-end ion chromatograph independently developed by Spectrum Technology, striving to provide customers with a better experience through various new technologies. The product adopts a brand new fine inner diameter ion chromatography system, achieving higher sensitivity and less eluent consumption; Paired with a brand new small dead volume suppressor, it can provide smaller peak broadening; At the same time, the device has powerful IC integration technology, which easily meets the needs of sample batch processing analysis, elemental morphology analysis, and other requirements.

Small dead volume high-voltage electrolytic suppressor
Suppressors do not require acid/alkali regeneration and are safe and reliable;
Small dead volume design (less than 15ul) to achieve narrower peak broadening.
Low consumption of rinsing solution
A common ion chromatograph with 2L of eluent can be used for about 1.4 days (33 hours), while the EXPEC 6800 can be used for 5.6 days (133 hours), greatly reducing the workload of configuring eluent for users.
Higher sensitivity
Under the same conditions, the sensitivity of EXPEC 6800 is four times higher than that of conventional ion chromatography (adapted to a 4mm chromatographic column), with higher peaks.
Dual stage temperature control design
In addition to the conventional temperature control of the chromatography column and detector, the entire flow path temperature control (including refrigeration and heating) has been added to expand the operating temperature range of the instrument to 0 ℃ -45 ℃. In addition, the chromatography column and suppressor can be operated at the optimal temperature.
Multiple interaction modes
Including two interaction modes: host touch software and external PC chromatography workstation;
The host comes with a touch screen, making it easy to perform operations such as method editing, sampling, analysis, data processing, and standard curve establishment;
The external chromatographic workstation further realizes various combined technical operations.
High pressure wash solution generator
With a pressure resistance of up to 5000psi, it meets the requirements of high-pressure ion chromatography systems;
Reduce user workload while significantly improving the reproducibility of results;
Equal and gradient rinsing can be performed;
The impurity ion trap removes impurity ions and improves baseline drift during gradient elution.
