Product details
product overview
The EXPEC 2000 automatic monitoring system for non methane total hydrocarbons in ambient air (specification 710F) adopts the GC-FID method (direct method), which directly detects methane/non methane total hydrocarbons through 120 ℃ high-temperature tracing and dual channel connection of hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID) technology. The technical indicators of the system comply with the requirements of the "Technical Regulations for Continuous Automatic Monitoring of Non Methane Total Hydrocarbons in Environmental Air (Trial)" (Zongzhanqi Zi [2021] No. 61). The low-temperature enrichment sampling and high-temperature analysis techniques adopted by the system can greatly improve the detection limit of non methane total hydrocarbons, while the sample gas blowback technology can avoid the influence of high boiling point substance residues on the next cycle determination.
Product Features
The method meets the standards
Adopting the direct method technology route, it fully complies with the requirements of the "Technical Regulations for Continuous Automatic Monitoring of Non Methane Total Hydrocarbons in Environmental Air (Trial)" issued by the National Monitoring Center in January 2021, and has the advantages of advanced technology and accuracy and reliability.
Total heat method design
The system adopts a total heat method design, with no residue in high concentration samples, high accuracy, and reliable data quality.
Suitable for industrial site use
Using electronic pressure flow control technology (EPC, EFC) to control carrier gas, air, and hydrogen, with high accuracy and good repeatability; The FID detector automatically shuts off hydrogen gas after the flame is extinguished to ensure system safety; The gas pipeline adopts inert treatment, greatly reducing the adsorption residue of gas samples in the pipe wall.
