EPOCH LT ultrasonic flaw detector
EPOCH LT flaw detector is a handheld digital flaw detector with a thickness of only 38 millimeters and a weight of only 1 kilogram. The EPOCH LT flaw detector has a fast display refresh rate of at least 60 Hz. This instrument includes automatic probe calibration function, digital data logger, and various other measurement functions. If you need to perform rapid and basic defect detection in harsh on-site conditions or harsh production environments, EPOCH LT will provide you with the perfect solution.

The refresh rate is 60 Hz, and it also has the following functions: it can maintain the display freeze mode of waveform data, and display the peak memory function of A-scan dynamic waveform and its peak envelope, RF display mode, optional positive threshold, negative threshold or minimum depth alarm mode, and automatic probe calibration function for calibrating probe zero offset and material sound velocity.
The onboard digital data logger is easy to operate and can store up to 100 calibration settings/2000 thickness measurements. The optional capacity expansion memory function can store 500 calibration settings/10000 thickness measurements. The EPOCH LT data logger is compatible with the files of all other instruments in the EPOCH 4 series and the GageView Pro interface program.
Powerful file processing and transfer capabilities
The optional Windows based GageView Pro interface program adds practical data collection, editing, and readout capabilities to EPOCH LT. GageView Pro is a powerful tool for collecting, managing, and formatting stored detection data.
The GageView Pro database tracking function can utilize pre loaded calibration settings, identification codes, and annotations to set detection plans. The data can be printed out or easily copied and pasted into document processing files and spreadsheets for further report production.
