Introduction to EPE foam sheet production line:

Polyethylene (EPE) foam board, also known as pearl wool. It is a new type of packaging material with moisture resistance, shock resistance, sound insulation, thermal insulation, and good plasticity. It is an ideal substitute for traditional packaging materials, widely used in packaging of fruits, instruments, bags, shoes, household appliances, electronic products, hardware, furniture, fragile goods, and more. EPE foam machine can produce foam boards of different widths and thicknesses according to customer requirements. At the same time, foam tubes, foam nets, foam rods, foam profiles, etc. can be made by replacing molds and some machine parts.

The foam board has the characteristics of moisture-proof, shockproof, sound insulation, heat preservation and good plasticity. After lamination, foam board will obtain high moisture resistance. These products are mainly used for placement under the floor.

Features of EPE foam film production line:

1. Automatic feeding, lacking raw materials when equipped with an automatic alarm system

2. The cooling method adopts air cooling and water cooling. The temperature control is stable and precise. The temperature drops rapidly.

3. The filter replacement system has two holes that work alternately without stopping or feeding. Automatic hydraulic screen changing saves time and can increase production to 10%.

4. The head control adopts a diaphragm pressure gauge to ensure stable quality of the board.

5. It can automatically switch winding, the length can be automatically counted and fixed, and the maximum winding width can reach 2.8m

There is an explosion-proof motor next to the butane air pump to ensure safety.

Principle of EPE foam production line:

The L/D ratio of the screw is 55:1. The raw materials are high-pressure and low-density polyethylene (LDPE) particles. The raw material formula and auxiliary materials are fed into the hopper through an automatic feeding system via an extrusion system. GMS will be injected into the barrel as an anti shrink agent through a pump. The butane pump injects liquid butane into the screw barrel and foam. The temperature is lowered through a water and air cooling system, and then the product will be extruded from the machine head. Fixed and cooled by a forming drum, then processed by an expansion system, traction system, and winding system. According to the customer's length requirements, the meter will automatically warn and then automatically change the roll. After recording the weight and packaging, it can be delivered to the warehouse.
