[Product Description]

1. Silicone rubber raw material: imported silicone rubber

(1) Hardness: The raw materials are divided into different hardness levels, 50/60/65/70/75/80 degrees. Hardness testing uses a hardness tester, and the larger the hardness number, the harder the texture of the produced product.
(2) Physical properties: Physical properties of raw materials.
Tear resistance: refers to the amount of force required for the test substance of the experimental product to break, with a standard value of 7.0 MPA min
Tensile strength: How long will the product break when pulled (with standard test pieces), and the minimum standard is 300% min
Anti deformation: Use a standard test object to deform the product and bake it in a 150 degree Celsius oven for 24 hours. After taking it out and cooling, observe its deformation value.
(3) Specific gravity: the density of the product, standard value: 1.28
2. Structure of silicone rubber hose:
The rubber hose is composed of a combination of silicone and cloth layers. The quality of the materials used for silicone and cloth directly affects the compression resistance/heat resistance/service life of the rubber hose.

Silicone raw material standard

(1) Silicone raw material standard:
The silicone tubing we usually use requires the same standard for silicone raw materials as above.
Fabric: There are two types of fabric - mesh fabric/flat fabric. The yellow characteristic of cloth is that it can withstand temperatures of at least 180 degrees Celsius. The testing method is to bake the cloth in an oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 4 hours

No yellowing, no defocusing, two characteristics are:
A. Mesh fabric: commonly used for water pipes/reducers/straight pipes. The advantages are good tensile performance, easy molding, and beautiful appearance of the hose. The disadvantage is poor relative compressive strength.
B. Flat woven fabric: commonly used for straight and reducing pipes. Advantages: Good compressive strength and minimal product deformation. Disadvantages: High processing difficulty and high cost.

Quality standards for rubber hoses

(2) Rubber hose quality standard:
A. Water explosion test: Inject boiling water at a critical temperature of 100 degrees into the hose, shake for 12 hours, and gradually increase the pressure inside to see at what pressure it will explode. International standard value: work pressure

2.5~3.5MPA
B. Pulse impact test: Simulate the movement of a car with a rubber hose and intermittently introduce air into the hose to see how many times the hose will be damaged. Standard value: 200000 times.
C. Appearance inspection: Smooth appearance, smooth lines, bright color, and glossiness are the appearance characteristics of raw materials without impurities.
D. In addition, scrape the surface with your hands to see if a white powdery substance is scraped off, whether the product can recover after scraping, and whether there are obvious scratches on the appearance.
