Characteristics of dual pot parallel sterilization pot:

1. Uniform water flow exchange method, uniform temperature, no dead corners

The water in the sterilization tank flows slowly and orderly, ensuring uniform heat distribution at any point in the sterilization pot from heating, insulation to cooling. This ensures even sterilization of packaged foods at different positions on the tray, eliminating dead corners and ensuring a more stable and long-lasting shelf life for the products.

2. High temperature short-term sterilization

This machine adopts dual tank hot water circulation for sterilization. The sterilization mode first heats the hot water to the required temperature, thereby shortening the sterilization time and improving work efficiency.

3. High sterilization accuracy

This machine adopts exquisite technology, utilizing hot water circulation and immersion sterilization. During the sterilization process, temperature, pressure, and sterilization time are automatically controlled.

4. Save energy

The working medium used in the sterilization process of this machine can be recycled, saving energy, time, manpower, and material resources, and reducing production costs.

5. Technical requirements

a、 This equipment is manufactured, inspected, and accepted in accordance with GB150-1998 "Steel Pressure Vessels", and is subject to supervision under the "Safety Technical Supervision Regulations for Pressure Vessels".

b、 Welding is carried out using arc welding, and the welding procedure follows the provisions of JB/T4709-2000. The welding rod grade for manual arc welding is A102 for stainless steel, A302 for carbon steel and stainless steel, and J426 for carbon steel. H0Cr21N10 and HJ260 flux are used for automatic welding.

c、 Unless otherwise specified in the drawing, the type and size of welded joints shall be in accordance with the provisions of HG20583-1998. The size of fillet weld legs shall be based on the thickness of the thinner plate, and the welding of flanges shall be in accordance with relevant flange standards.

d、 The welding joints A and B on the container should undergo radiographic testing, with a testing length of not less than 20% of the length of each welding joint and not less than 250mm. The result should meet the requirements of Level III in JB/T47302-2005, which is considered qualified.

e、 After the equipment is manufactured, a water test should be conducted at a pressure of 0.44Mpa, and the chloride ion content in the water should be controlled to not exceed 25ppm during the test. This device is a new type of product developed by extending the double-layer sterilization kettle. Its sterilization effect is the same as that of the double-layer sterilization kettle, and the output is doubled compared to it.

The hot water used for sterilization can be circulated between two sterilization kettles, greatly reducing investment costs for users.
