4 Usage

When using this instrument, first check if all the accessories are complete, then install the fixtures in order, place the beaker that needs to be stirred in the center of the heating plate, add the solution, place the stirrer in the beaker solution, connect the temperature sensor and insert it into the solution, then plug in the power plug of the instrument first, turn on the power switch, and the indicator light will be on.

When mixing is required, turn on the mixing switch and press until“ON”Start stirring and slowly adjust the speed knob clockwise.

When constant temperature is required, turn on the heating switch and press until“ON”Start heating, temperature display screen lights up, press onceSETPress the ∧∨ key again to set the desired temperature, and then press it againSETPress the key to exit the setting. The temperature controller enters automatic temperature control mode.

5、 Precautions

1. If you find that the stirrer is jumping or not stirring during mixing, please cut off the power and check if the bottom of the beaker is flat and the position is correct. At the same time, please measure if the current voltage is220±10VOtherwise, the above situation will occur.
2. The heating time should generally not be too long, intermittent use can prolong the service life.
3. Continuous operation at medium speed8Hours, high-speed operation can work continuously4Hour.
4. If leakage is found after long-term use, please check whether the heating ceramic tube is damaged, because the heating wire is220VStraight through, or check if there is any collision causing the circuit and insulation tube to fall off.
