Characteristics and process of dual channel washing and drying system:

1. The first step is to use a wind knife consisting of three fans and pipelines to act on the upper, left, and right sides of the basket, quickly removing 70% of the free water for air drying.

2. Use a centrifugal fan to extract heat. Enter the drying tunnel to dry the basket to a water free state, with a dryness of about 95%. After being left for 10 minutes, it will reach a completely water free state and be used normally.

3. The equipment, except for the motor, pump, and rubber, is made of stainless steel 304.

Working principle of dual channel washing and drying system:

Firstly, the high-pressure airflow generated by the vortex air pump is used to blow away the large amount of moisture attached to the surface of the basket through a wind knife. Then, through heating and drying, the moisture on the surface of the basket is dried off using the principle of heat exchange. After being left for 10 minutes, it reaches a moisture free state.
