1、 Overview and Explanation Saturated steam enters from the steam inlet and flows axially in the steam sleeve rod. The latent heat of steam is used to preheat the central spray rod, ensuring that the steam sprayed from the central spray rod is pure dry steam, that is, steam without condensed water. After saturated steam enters the casing, it enters the steam water separation chamber. A baffle is installed inside the separation chamber to allow steam to rotate and flow vertically upward after entering the separation chamber, thereby efficiently separating steam and condensed water; The separated condensed water is discharged from the bottom of the separation chamber through a trap. When humidification is required, open the regulating valve, and dry steam enters the central spray bar and is sprayed out from the spray hole with a soundproofing device to achieve humidification of the air. As shown in the figure below: Determine the left-right type of dry steam humidifier based on the form or installation requirements of the air conditioning unit. Generally, air conditioning units are right-hand type and should be equipped with right-hand type dry steam humidifiers; On the contrary, a left type dry steam humidifier should be installed. Only in this way can we ensure that the sprayed dry steam flows in the opposite direction of air flow. The left and right judgment rules for dry steam humidifiers: When viewed from the direction of the spray rod towards the evaporator, if the steam sprayed from the spray rod is to the left, then the dry steam humidifier is a left type; On the contrary, the dry steam humidifier is of the right-hand type. |

Connect AC+24V, the actuator motor rotates forward, and the regulating valve opens; Connect to AC 24V, reverse the actuator motor, and close the regulating valve. The opening and closing of the regulating valve is achieved through the forward/reverse rotation of the motor, completing the adjustment and control of the humidification amount.
The actuator of the electronic positioning type dry steam humidifier adopts a steam regulating valve and an electronic positioning type calculator. The actuator can accept analog electrical signals of DC 0-10V, linearly adjust the valve opening degree, achieve linear proportional adjustment of steam output, and achieve precise control of the humidifier.
