II(Double sided dual head CNC lathe)Working principle

Step 1: Feeding action

First, fill the material in the inclined plate device, and the feeding device will follow the right sliding plate to reach below the inclined plateThe cylinder on the inclined plate device operates, and the workpiece falls into the feeding device The feeding device follows the movement of the right skateboard to feed the workpiece to the center position of the chuck, and the pushing cylinder on the feeding device moves to feed the material into the chuck.

Step 2: Positioning

When the feeding device reaches the center of the chuck, the left positioning tool holder follows the sliding plate to the other side of the workpiece, and the pushing rod is in front of the workpiece to achieve workpiece positioning

Step 3: Clamping

After the workpiece is positioned, the clamping cylinder works to clamp the workpiece.

Step 3: Turning

Spindle start, feed slide1 and feed slide 2 work simultaneously to achieve simultaneous processing of both ends of the workpiece.

Step 4: Discharge

The clamp is released, and the discharge chute moves to the receiving position. The loaded feeding device reaches the front of the workpiece, and the cylinder extends to push out the processed material. At the same time, the workpiece to be processed is pushed into the clamp, completing the discharge and feeding action.

The iron chip groove is located below the spindle processing end, and the processed iron chips basically fall into it.
