(1) This machine tool is a double column gantry structure. The workbench base and gantry frame are fixed on the foundation after being closed. The crossbeam moves on the column guide rail and is automatically hydraulically clamped. The crossbeam is equipped with left and right vertical knife holders. The tool holder slide is installed on the large drag plate of the crossbeam to achieve horizontal feed and rapid movement; The square slider achieves vertical feed and rapid movement on the tool holder slide.

The main components of the machine tool, including the left and right columns, base, worktable, crossbeam, tool holder slide, and main transmission gearbox, are all made of high-strength cast iron using resin sand casting technology. (4) The workbench adopts a long spindle structure and uses high-precision double row cylindrical roller bearings for radial centering. (5) The crossbeam moves vertically up and down on the column guide rail. It is driven by a dual axis AC motor to drive the left and right worm gear reducers and screw rods. The lifting movement of the crossbeam and the clamping of the crossbeam on the column are interlocked. There are four clamping points between the crossbeam and the column, symmetrically and evenly distributed. Clamping is achieved by clamping with a disc spring assembly and hydraulic relaxation. The release action of the crossbeam is controlled by the control button, and the clamping of the crossbeam is automatically reset by the disc spring group. Easy to operate and highly automated. To ensure consistent upward and downward movement force of the crossbeam, a balancing device is installed on the crossbeam. At the same time, an integral unloading beam is installed on the crossbeam guide rail, and the tool holder drag plate is also equipped with a mechanical unloading device in the vertical direction, so that 70% of the weight of the tool holder acts on the unloading beam, ensuring the durability of the crossbeam guide rail accuracy.

(6) The machine cover, connecting beam, left and right columns, and worktable base form a closed gantry frame structure, and the entire gantry frame is fixedly installed on the foundation. So machine tools have high strength, stiffness, and stability.

(7) This machine tool is equipped with a separate hydraulic system. Its function is to provide variable speed power to the hydraulic cylinder of the main transmission gearbox; ② Supply oil to the dynamic pressure device of the workbench guide rail pair; 3.
